Envelopes Wedding

One important thing to note with envelope liners, if you plan to emboss reply address, you must do this step first before adding your ship.

Outer envelope = We bring the outer envelope (A7.5) in accordance with the A7 envelopes us. The outer envelope is meant to protect the envelope and all the contents of the postal service machine (which sometimes can leave scars) and other things where you can come in contact invitation. Extra layers also make sure that your invitation, every ornament and card remains closed neatly together. Here are some things to know about using the outer envelope:
Enclosure can serve the purpose of the protective layer and does not warrant the use of the outer envelope. If you do not use a cage, the inner and outer envelope is an option.
The A7.5 outer envelope must be addressed using the official name of your guest (father and mother). In envelope can be left empty, can be overcome by using the official name, or can be overcome by using the official name (Uncle John and Aunt Mary or Mark and Katie).
The outer envelope is also wonderful for example where you want to use a dark colored envelope but did not want to worry about addressing them, which would require special ink or pen. A solution is to use dark colored envelope to envelope your mind, and light-colored envelope to the outside of your envelope.
A7 inner envelope usually get a ship envelopes, not A7.5. In the envelope can not be sealed.

Xyron = our favorite way to apply adhesive to any and beautiful to make the invitation. If you are installing an invitation for backing or cage, you can run your invitation through Xyron machine to apply an even layer of adhesive. You can also use it to apply the adhesive to the paper belts and even ribbon. If you are not interested in a Xyron machine, there are many types of permanent and removable adhesives are available.

Scissors = Keep a sharp pair of scissors in hand to create the invitation. This is especially important if you work with tape – the only way to cut a nice, neat edge on the tape is with super sharp scissors. In fact, appoint new scissors for the ribbon just use a knife so sharp.

Ruler = A ruler is great to have on hand to line up layers and achieve consistency with the placement (eg belts).

Bone Folder = Even if you’ve never used before bone folder, consider making the invitation. Bone folder is ideal for creating creases and folds for easy clean in heavy paper cover and to soften the layers that you have adhered together.

Once you have all your pieces and your printed invitations, it’s time for assembly! This is a great opportunity to get your mother, bridesmaids and friends involved. Before you get all the start, make sure you’ve assembled the full invitation from start to finish so that you know the steps and you have a complete sample for everyone to see.

We recommend using assembly line methods for assembling the invitation. Divide the assembly step into the station and assign one person to each station. For example, if you create A7 invitation suite installed, you can station as follows:

Station wrong = Run invitations printed through Xyron machine to apply adhesive
Station two = Adhere to the invitation to backing
